Rita Simons

Rita is best known for a decade of playing the fiery Roxy Mitchell in EastEnders for which she won and was nominated for numerous awards. She has trodden the boards in theatre, musicals and pantomime, including Legally Blonde, Hairspray at the London Coliseum, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie at the Apollo Theatre and most recently played a female Captain Hook in Peter Pan. Onscreen she can now be seen as series regular Marie Fielding in Hollyoaks.
